New to CrossFit?

WOD, The Box, Deadlift, Snatch...what does it all mean? The Nasty Habit School of CrossFit is your intro to everything CrossFit, from terminology and methodology to how to properly execute all the movements. Nasty Habit School of CrossFit is designed specifically for beginners and athletes who would like a refresher. Our skilled coaches will walk you through the core foundational CrossFit movements and get you started with some introductory WODs. We work in a small group at the pace of the participants so that everyone will feel comfortable and confident. Once you have completed Nasty Habit School of CrossFit, you will be ready to WOD with the rest of the Nasty Habit community.

The cost is $199 for 4 classes. Each of the 4 classes is 1 hour in length.

If you’re brand new to CrossFit, you must complete the Nasty Habit School of CrossFit before becoming a member. Please call ahead to schedule your Nasty Habit School of CrossFit sessions. Your first session will be scheduled upon completion of waivers and payment. Sessions will be scheduled based on availability of coaches, example start times are:

Monday through Friday at 8am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 5:30pm, 6:45pm

Saturday: 7:00am, 10:00am

Sundays: Start time anywhere between 7:30am-9am

Did you know that your future membership payments might be eligible for reimbursement through HSA/FSA funds? CrossFit is medicine and can often count for tax-free spending - saving an average of 30%.

TrueMed will handle all the intricacies of using your HSA/FSA funds on your behalf, making the entire checkout process seamless and hassle-free.

If TrueMed determines that fitness can help prevent or reverse a health condition you care about (making it eligible for HSA/FSA), there is a $30 charge to TrueMed and they will send you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

Once you are approved, just submit your future receipts and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Truemed guarantees reimbursement.

TrueMed will send instructions to get reimbursed and their customer support team will be available to assist. Truemed guarantees reimbursement once qualified.

Kids Gone Nasty Drop-In

$20 per class

Kids Gone Nasty classes are all about making movement fun and exciting. In our classes, kids are constantly moving - climbing obstacle courses, running, throwing, jumping, rowing, pushing, pressing, pulling, carrying, flipping objects, going upside down… Our goal is to teach good movement patterns resulting in less sports injuries and to build confidence and character via physically challenging workouts. Classes will be appropriate for kids ages 7-12.

The system will have you sign waivers and add an emergency contact. Please fill out the questions appropriately so that we are aware of any medical restrictions your child may have (including if they need an inhaler, epi-pen, etc).

Reservations open one week in advance. Classes will be capped at 12 kids.


One On One or Small Group Coaching
