Nasty Habit School of CrossFit
The Nasty Habit School of CrossFit is your introduction to CrossFit. Our skilled coaches will walk you through the core foundational CrossFit movements and get you started with some introductory WODs. The cost is $125 for 4 classes. Each of the 4 classes is 1 hour in length.
If you’re brand new to CrossFit, you must complete the Nasty Habit School of CrossFit before becoming a member. Please call ahead to schedule your Nasty Habit School of CrossFit sessions. Your first session will be scheduled upon completion of waivers and payment. Sessions will be scheduled based on availability of coaches, example start times are:
Monday through Friday at 8am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 7:15pm
Saturday: 7:00am, 11:30am
Sundays: Start time anywhere between 7:30am-10am

Out of Town Traveler Week Pass

Coming from out of town and looking for a place to WOD while you're here? This option gives you 5 days (M-F) and Saturday open gym with access to reserve your class spots.
*Barbell Club is for all levels, however you must have had some exposure to Olympic lifting. If you are interested in learning the basics of Olympic lifting, check out our Intro to Barbell class below!
Nasty Habit Barbell Club Monthly Membership
$40/month
Wednesdays at 7:30pm
Nasty Habit Barbell club will include 2 days per week of Olympic lifting programming intended to improve your snatch, clean, and shoulder to overhead technique and make you stronger with an emphasis on the squats and pulls. Barbell club will meet at 7:30pm on Wednesdays and will run for between 60-90 minutes. The 2nd day of programming will be provided every week to be completed during open gym on Saturdays.
Nasty Habit Intro to Barbell Class
$15/class
Every other Sunday at 10:00am
Nasty Habit Intro to Barbell is now OPEN TO ALL Athletes, regardless of experience. This class will focus on technique (not load) intended to improve your snatch, clean, and shoulder to overhead lifts. This class will meet at 10:00am every other Sunday.
