No problem! You can set up a time to come in for a FREE class to see if you like it! Anyone can do it; workouts can be scaled to accommodate any abilities. Please contact us either by phone (413-896-3460) or by email info@nastyhabitcrossfit.com to schedule your free class so you can see that CrossFit IS for you!

 

Get Nasty Program

The Get Nasty program is your introduction to CrossFit. Our skilled coaches will walk you through the core foundational CrossFit movements and get you started with some introductory WODs. The cost is $75 for 3 classes. Each of the 3 classes is 2 hours in length.

If you’re brand new to CrossFit, you must complete the Get Nasty program before becoming a member. Please call ahead to schedule your Get Nasty Program. Your first session will be scheduled upon completion of waivers and payment. Get Nasty sessions start times are as follows:

Monday through Friday at 7am, 8am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 7:15pm

Saturday: 7:30am, 11:30am

Sundays: Start time anywhere between 7:30am-10am

10 Session Punch Card

$150

Punch Card includes Wodify account for 3 months and access to reserve class spots. Punch card expires after 3 months.

Coming from out of town and looking for a place to WOD while you're here? This option gives you 5 days (M-F) and Saturday open gym with access to reserve your class spots.

Nasty Habit Barbell Club Monthly Membership

$50/month

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15pm

Nasty Habit Barbell club will include three days per week of Olympic lifting programming intended to improve your snatch, clean, and shoulder to overhead technique and make you stronger with an emphasis on the squats and pulls. Barbell club will meet at 7:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will run for between 60-90 minutes. an optional third day of programming will be provided every week to be completed during open gym on Saturdays.
